The upcoming movie "Saala Khadoss" (Irudhi Suttru), starring R Madhavan and Ritika Singh, will also feature Rajinikanth in a cameo. However, the Southern superstar himself is apparently unaware of his presence in the sports-drama.
In the introductory scene in "Saala Khadoos", shot in Chennai, Madhavan will be seen experiencing Rajinikanth's presence as the actor's images are painted across the city. While an entire sequence has been dedicated to Rajnikanth, it is a cameo of sorts whereby the actor himself is unaware of featuring in the film, said a statement.
The movie "Saala Khadoos" will present Madhavan as a badass boxing coach, who aspires to turn a stubborn girl, played by real-life pugilist Ritika Singh, into a boxing champion. This is Ritika's Bollywood debut. Directed by Sudha Kongara, the film has been co-produced by Rajkumar Hirani.
"Saala Khadoos" has been shot simultaneously in Hindi and Tamil. Apart from Madhavan and Ritika, the cast of "Saala Khadoos" includes Mumtaz Sorcar, Nassar and Radha Ravi. There has been much frenzy surrounding the film ever since its trailer was launched. The movie is set to release on 29 January and will have a box office clash with Sunny Leone-starrer "Mastizaade".
