Zinedine Zidane
Class never dies! Zinedine Zidane has inspired Real Madrid to an explosive start in La Liga this seasonReuters

Spanish giants Real Madrid are in a sensational run in the La Liga this season so far with not a single defeat suffered from their 14 games so far. Expect this run to continue further as Zinedine Zidane's men of steel face a lowly Deportivo la Coruna on Saturday at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Barcelona could only manage a draw against Los Blancos in their first El Clasico of the season, so for Deportivo, it is nearly herculean to halt that run.

Real top the La Liga 2016-17 points table with ten wins and four draws so far and a total of 34 points achieved -- six points ahead of Barca, placed second. Deportivo, on the other hand, have a mere 13 points from their past 14 games.

No Cristiano Ronaldo, no Gareth Bale, no Luka Modric and no Karim Benzema for Real Madrid in the match as Zidane turns his attention now to the FIFA Club World Cup 2016 in Japan, where Real are scheduled to play against an unknown side on December 15.

The likes of Isco, Toni Kroos, James Rodriguez and Alvaro Morata are however expected to feature for the Los Blancos.

Expected starting XI

Real Madrid: Navas, Danilo, Pepe, Ramos, Nacho, Kroos, Kovacic, Isco, Asensio, James, Morata.

Deportivo: Tyton, Juanfran, Albentosa, Sidnei, Navarro, Guilherme, Borges, Gil, Colak, Babel, Andone.

Schedule

Real Madrid vs Deportivo is set to get under way at 1:15 am IST [Sunday] (7:45 pm GMT, 2:45 pm EST) on December 10.
