Ranbir Kapoor, who is rumoured to be in love with Katrina Kaif, has revealed that he will not go for an arranged marriage.

"Today's new generation takes its own decisions. I don't think I will go for an arranged marriage, but I am not against arranged marriages," Ranbir Kapoor said, speaking to Indo-Asian News Service.  "Personally, love is very important for me. There are lots of ordinary things in life, so love should be extraordinary. I hope I achieve that," he added.

The "Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani" star has been linked to Katrina Kaif ever since they starred in two films -"Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani" and "Raajneeti." However, the couple has never accepted or denied their relationship.

Ranbir wants to keep his love life under wraps, but says he will not hide his marriage. "Of course, if I get married, I will not hide it, or even if I want to live my life like a free bird," he told the news service.

"I have realised that as much as I can, I should hide my personal life and save it and not make my life a reality show. I will try my best," he added.

Ranbir also said that he feels bad when the spotlight is always on his personal life rather than his work as an actor.

Ranbir Not Upset Over Katrina Bikini Pictures

Talking about the recently-leaked pictures of him and Katrina Kaif taken while on a holiday in Spain, Ranbir said that he was not upset about it, and added that he doesn't get displeased about anything.

The actor also said that he feels bad when somebody talks about his personal life, but also agreed that it is part of his business. Luckily, Ranbir's parents are very supportive of him despite rumours about his love affair with Katrina floating almost every day.

"Besharam"

The Bollywood heartthrob is currently busy promoting his upcoming film "Besharam", which is all set to hit the screens in October. Directed by Abhinav Kashyap of "Dabangg" fame, "Besharam" has debutant Pallavi Sharda as the female lead.

Ranbir's parents Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor appear in pivotal roles in the flick, touted to be an action-comedy entertainer.
