This is a story everyone's waiting to know in-and-out. With the couple playing hide-and-seek with the cupid, it's not easy to predict what future this 'special friendship' has. Both Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif, ever since paparazzi photos of their Spanish escapade were flashed all over the media, have neither denied nor admitted to their alleged affair.
The latest in the gossip mill is, Kapoor's London trip to meet Kaif's mother. Would anyone fly the 'saat-samundars' to meet the parent of a 'friend'? Bollywood Life reports that the wonder boy of Bollywood apparently has some time after he wraps up Imtiaz Ali's "Tamaasha" shoot with ex-beau Deepika Padukone. So, the long-pending visit is going to happen. Since Kaif has met the Kapoors many a times and share a cordial relationship with the family, it was time for Kapoor to finally meet his 'alleged' in-laws.
Even though the couple has rubbished the reports of their wedding dates and 'intimate' holidays, their 'alleged' love story is quite charming. Kaif was introduced to the "Besharam" actor by Padukone on the former's birthday party. But, the two hit it off only on the sets of Rajkumar Santoshi's "Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani." At that time, both were dating their exes. Their love apparently blossomed while shooting the "Tu Jaane Na" song in the exotic Turkey.
During the promotional spree of the rom-com, the love birds were seen warming up to each other. Kapoor, who was in awe of the gorgeous actress's beauty reportedly couldn't quit showering praises on her. Kaif, apparently responded in a coy manner and kept her feelings limited to the blushes only.
The hit pair was then signed on by Prakash Jha for "Rajneeti" in which the audience witnessed their sizzling chemistry yet again. Post the film, the rumours fizzled out but resurfaced strongly when their 'romantic' getaways were captured by the cameras. The photos were private and intimate. In Spain, Kapoor was seen holding his girl by the waist and enjoying a party. In other photos, the lovebirds were enjoying some time at the beach.
Despite being disappointed with the revealing reports, Kaif told PTI, "Next time when you all plan to take pictures give me a notice. Red doesn't look good with white (regarding the colour of her bikini)... I will wear matching next."
While his girlfriend is busy adding humour to the gossips, Kapoor is adding fuel to fire. He reportedly called love an 'extraordinary' feeling and that, he aspires to achieve it someday. However, he had also requested the media not to speculate his wedding date.
However, like regular couples, they too had fought and were said to have separated. But, going by the latest developments, it looks like all's well in the Kapoor-Kaif paradise. The good-looking couple of Bollywood will be next seen in Anurag Basu's "Jagga Jasoos."
