Jr NTR's latest release "Ramayya Vastavayya" (RV) has finished its first week run on an average note but the film failed to break Pawan Kalyan's "Attarintiki Daredi" in its seven days total.

The first week worldwide share of "RV" is ₹28.60 crore, while "Attarintiki Daredi" total stands at ₹49.24 crore.

The film, also starring Samantha and Shruti Hassan, was expected to fetch more, keeping in mind the star-studded cast and critics review.

"RV" was riding high on expectations because Jr NTR's previous film "Baadshah" was a huge hit. Also "RV" was helmed by Harish Shankar, who directed the blockbuster hit "Gabbar Singh". However, the film failed to live up to the expectations.

The action-packed entertainer had opened to good response and subsequently showed a good growth over the weekend. But the film failed to maintain the momentum during the weekdays.

"RV" has raked in ₹22.30 crore from AP, ₹3.52 crore from Karnataka, Rest of India ₹1 crore and ₹1.85 crore overseas share, Andhraboxoffice reported.

Here is the AP break-up of "RV" first week share: ₹7.75 crore in Nizam, ₹4.8 crore in Ceeded, ₹2.32 crore in Vizag, ₹1.29 crore in East, ₹1.39 crore in West, ₹1.31 crore in Krishna, ₹2.33 crore in Guntur and ₹1.01 crore in Nellore.

The collection might see a downfall in the second week after the release of Vishnu Manchu's "Doosukeltha", which has generated good reviews.

Meanwhile, after "RV", NTR has now moved on to another project. The actor is now concentrating on his upcoming film "Rabhasa" that will hit screens next year.
