Link-up and break-up rumours are run-of-the-mill in Bollywood, but these days even newcomers have learned the tact to slam down the buzz very neatly.

Latest rumours are abuzz that two-film old actress Parineeti Chopra is dating Yash Raj's younger son Uday Chopra.

Though the pair has vehemently turned down the rumours of seeing each other, they were recently spotted together spending good time at Karan Johar's Birthday bash and at another party organised by Priyanka to celebrate the success of her sister's first film "Ishaqzaade."

Uday took to the micro-blogging site Twitter to clear the air, while Parineeti clarified at a media event.

"Whoa! @ParineetiChopra and I are NOT dating guys...it's kinda ridiculous! And she doesn't call me Sir, though I think she should start," Uday tweeted.

While, Parineeti said, "I am that kind of a person who will reveal it to the world as soon as I get into a relationship."

"Such rumors spoil a relation and I prefer that one should ask and confirm whether something about me is true rather than making up stories," Parineeti said at a recent HCL product launch event.

Well, this "good friend" tag has certainly helped this Bollywood new heroine, just like it did for her elder sister, superstar Priyanka Chopra, who is in news for her romance with co-actor, neighbour Shahid Kapoor for quite some time now.

The 24-year-old economics and Finance graduate from UK's Manchester Business School, who happened to enter Bollywood out of the blue and later shot to fame with merely two films, said that "I'm a very confident person in life. I'm not scared of anything. I'm very well prepared as an actress."

Parineeti is said to be next upcoming young and talented actress in the industry, who has shown her tremendous acting skills in romance drama film "Ishaqzaade."

The second Bollywood actor from Chopra clan after Priyanka, Parineeti started her Bollywood career with Yash Raj Film "Ladies vs Ricky Bahl" in 2011, after working as a PR consultant at YRF studios.
