Pakistan cricketer Bilal Irshad created history, scoring an epic triple century in the ongoing PCB Fazal Mehmood Inter-club Cricket Championship. The 26-year-old batsman scored an impressive 320 runs off 175 balls to grab eyeballs and stun world cricket.

Irrespective of what level of cricket one is talking here, this is some amazing feat, pulled off by the opening batsman.

Representing local club Shaheed Alam Bux Cricket Club, Irshad looked in astonishing touch with the bat, hitting the bowlers all around the park. It was raining fours and sixes as Irshad hit 42 fours and nine sixes.

However, it was not only about his batting as the 26-year-old alongside Zakir Hussain formed a strong second wicket partnership for their team. The two players combined well to add 364 runs, and played an important role in helping their team reach 556 in 50 overs. They won the match by 411 runs.

This competition is primarily held to find some special gems in the country and in Irshad, Pakistan have a gem, who has to be tested at a higher level of cricket.

"The top performers in this tournament will be dovetailed into our existing inter-district (currently the only feedstock system), District/Regional (Inter-District Tournament) selection process will be based on performance, emerging cricketers will be motivated to improve their skills and fitness standards," Crictracker quoted a PCB official as saying.
