Actor Nithiin's elder sister Nikitha Reddy, one of the big producers of Tollywood, is reportedly getting engaged to Akhilesh Reddy on 10 March. The event will be a low-key affair.
Recent reports suggest that Nikitha Reddy's engagement with Akhilesh will take place in Hyderabad on Tuesday afternoon. Since it is her second marriage, the function will be a private affair, which will be attended by close friends and relatives of both the families of bride and groom. They have planned a grand party for the film fraternity on the same evening, reports Gulte.
Nikitha and Akhilesh's families have finalised the wedding date as 15 March. The couple will tie the knot as per Hindu tradition. Their marriage is likely to take place in a star hotel in the city and many celebrities from the fields of film, sports, business, politics and others will grace the occasion.
Nikitha's previous marriage did not work. She has a daughter named Aadhya Reddy, who is reportedly pursuing her primary education. The producer is excited about her second marriage and has reportedly shed a lot of weight to look her best at the wedding.
She is the daughter of Sudhakar Reddy, well-known producer and distributor in Telugu film industry. She debuted in Tollywood as a producer with Nithiin's super-hit movie "Ishq". Later, she also produced hit Telugu movies like "Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde" and "Chinnadana Nee Kosam".
She is presenting Akhil Akkineni's debut movie, which will mark the debut of actor Nithiin as a producer. This yet-to-be titled movie was launched at a grand function held in Hyderabad on 14 February. Nithiin recently released the teaser of the film, which has got very good response. It is expected to be another big hit in Nikitha's career.
