Need for Speed, the popular racing video game series from developers Ghost Games and publishers Electronic Arts is gearing up for a new title, Need for Speed: Rivals, which will be out in November.

The gameplay in Rivals will be comparable with 2010's Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit, which featured fascinating cars and high-speed police chases. The game will offer players the choice of either playing as a racer or as a cop, each having their own set of challenges, risks and rewards.

Setting:

The game will be taking place in a fictional Redview County. The game will be an open world game and the roads will be laid out with jumps, speed traps and unlockable cars.

Gadgets:

This upcoming game will include gadets like EMPs, shockwaves and calling out roadblocks, which can also be upgraded.

Features:

AllDrive - Allows players to join co-operative or multiplayer play without the need to leave their single player event. It also allows people to seamlessly join other people's gameplay.

Dynamic Weather System - The game will have a dynamic weather system that will make the world come to life.  

Release Date:

The game will be released on Nov 19 for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. It will be out on Nov 22 for PlayStation 4 and Nov 22 for Xbox One.
