Need for Speed, the popular racing video game series from developers Ghost Games and publishers Electronic Arts is gearing up for a new title, Need for Speed: Rivals, which will be out in November.
The gameplay in Rivals will be comparable with 2010's Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit, which featured fascinating cars and high-speed police chases. The game will offer players the choice of either playing as a racer or as a cop, each having their own set of challenges, risks and rewards.
The game will be taking place in a fictional Redview County. The game will be an open world game and the roads will be laid out with jumps, speed traps and unlockable cars.
This upcoming game will include gadets like EMPs, shockwaves and calling out roadblocks, which can also be upgraded.
AllDrive - Allows players to join co-operative or multiplayer play without the need to leave their single player event. It also allows people to seamlessly join other people's gameplay.
Dynamic Weather System - The game will have a dynamic weather system that will make the world come to life.
The game will be released on Nov 19 for PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. It will be out on Nov 22 for PlayStation 4 and Nov 22 for Xbox One.
