The biopic on MS Dhoni titled MS Dhoni: The Untold Story has become one of the most awaited flicks of this year. Ever since the trailer of the movie has been released, fans have become too curious too watch the untold part of cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni.

Based on the life of one of the most successful Indian cricket captains, M S Dhoni, the film depicts the untold journey of a young boy from the bylanes of Ranchi as he made his way into the victorious corridors of Indian and the world cricket.

The makers of the biopic have been sharing posters and songs at regular intervals that have been keeping up the hype around the film starring Sushant Singh Rajput in the titular role. Director Neeraj Pandey has apparently focused on being as realistic as possible. He has shot on real locations that have a bearing on Captain Cool's life.

The very first poster of MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, which revealed an uncanny resemblance between the cricket skipper and Sushant Singh Rajput, made the viewers inquisitive about the movie. The films trailer, which released a while ago, took the internet by storm and has gone ahead to become one of the most loved trailers with a whooping 20 million views and counting.

All the songs including Besabriyaan, Kaun Tujhe, Jab Tak and most recently released Har Gully Mein Dhoni Hai have been much liked by the audience. People are now eagerly awaiting the release of the cricket sensations's biopic.

Produced by Fox Star Studios and Arun Pandey (Inspired Entertainment), the film features Sushant Singh Rajput in the lead role as Dhoni, Kiara Advani as Sakshi Dhoni in addition to Disha Patani and Anupam Kher in pivotal roles. It is slated to be released on 30 September.
