A lot of rumours have been making rounds since the announcement of actor Vineeth's directorial venture "Ayal Njanalla" with Fahadh Faasil. The latest one is that the movie will have actress Mrudula Murali and debutant Divya Pillai as lead in the films. The film, which is touted as a fun-filled romantic entertainer, is scripted by Ranjith.

"The movie has a fun-filled romantic plot and Fahadh's character is shown as someone who is settled in Gujarat for the last 15 years. Many people from Koyilandi have migrated to North India to do tyre business and Fahadh's character is one such person. I don't have the liberty to let out all the details," Vineeth told The Times of India

Vineeth began his career in the film industry as a child artist and first appeared in the 1989 film "Oru Vadakkan Veeragatha" and he won the Kerala State Film Award for Best Child Artist for his performance in the Hariharan directorial.

Vineeth was last seen as a hero in KG Anil Kumar directorial "Vegam" in 2014. The film also starred Prathap Pothen, Jacob Gregory, Samskruthy Shenoy and Shammi Thilkan in pivotal roles, but it opened to average reviews in theatres. The actor also had a successful stint in ad film making.

Meanwhile, Ranjith's last stint as scriptwriter was "Kadal Kadannoru Mathukutty" (2013) starring Mammootty and his last outing as director was "Njan" (2014), starring Dulquer Salmaan.
