Popular UV maker Mahindra has inked a new deal with online retailer Flipkart to sell its latest SUV KUV100 via the Internet. KUV100, which was launched in India on 15 January, can also be bought online trough CarNbike.com and M2all.

Mahindra made the announcement of the availability of KUV100 on the e-retailer platform at the launch of the new model. Although KUV100 has been available at the brick and mortar stores of the company since 15 January, e-commerce giant Flipkart will open bookings for the model from 18 January.

Earlier, Mahindra had tied up with Snapdeal to sell its Scorpio and is said to have evoked good response from the buyers. But unlike earlier, this time Mahindra's KUV100 is going on sale on the online platform only after the launch. The prospective buyers will be able to choose from the models listed on the website and it can be booked online. The request will be later processed and sent to the dealers and that is followed by the other documentation and payment procedures. The dealers will also arrange for test drives of the models once the booking is confirmed.

Mahindra KUV100, the new sub-compact model that will take on the likes of Maruti Suzuki Swift and Hyundai Grand i10 has been priced starting at Rs 4.42 lakh (ex showroom Pune). offered in four variants -- K2, K4, K6 and K8 -- and three sub-variants – K2+, K4+ and K6+, KUV100 comes donned in seven exciting colours -- Fiery Orange, Flamboyant Red, Dazzling Silver, Aquamarine, Pearl White, Designer Grey and Midnight Black.
