The "Lord Livingstone 7000 Kandi" trailer, which was released on 3 October, has garnered over one lakh views on YouTube in just two days.

The major reason behind this phenomenon is the hype created around the movie after "LL7K" trailer was launched in the outer space from Kerala hill station Munnar on 30 September.

The event, which was the first of its kind for any film in the world, saw "Lord Livingstone 7000 Kandi" trailer being launched in space by attaching a GoPro camera to a weather balloon.

The comical fantasy, written and directed by Anil Radhakrishnan Menon, is touted to be "a film for all generations".

"Lord Livingstone 7000 Kandi", which has eight key characters, has Kunchako Boban as Philipose John Varkey, Reenu Mathews as Madhusmitha, Sunny Wayne as Bheeran, Bharath Niwas as Shanmughan Ilangovan, Chemban Vinod as Professor Neelakantan, Nedumudi Venu as CKAK Menon, Sudheer Karamana as Malavedan and Jacob Gregory as Ananthakrishnan Iyer.

Director Anil Radhakrishnan is known for critically acclaimed films including "North 24 Kaatham"(2013) and "Sapthamashree Thaskaraha" (2014).

"Lord Livingstone 7000 Kandi", which is produced by Prem Menon, is expected to garner rave reviews from critics as well as perform well at the box office once it gets released.
