Lewis Hamilton celebrates his 31st birthday on Thursday, 7 January, 2016. And we must say, the Formula One racer has many reasons to celebrate this year. While the year has proved to be absolutely fabulous on his professional front as he shone as unbeatable on the tracks, but at the same time the F1 driver made it to the headlines for his personal life as well.
Be it breakup with Nicole Sherzinger or wild dating rumours involving Rihanna and Kendall Jenner -- Lewis seem to have had quite an eventful year. The Formula One champion called it quits on his on-again-off-again relationship of eight years with Nicole Scherzinger early last year in February. And it looked like the racer made the most of his newly-found single life status.
Just a couple of weeks after his breakup with the former "X-Factor" judge, he was rumoured to be dating Rihanna as he was spotted with the "Diamonds" singer on numerous occasions, partying hard with the Barbadian beauty. And soon after, he was linked with Kendall Jenner after he was snapped shopping with the model.
But the racer cleared the air in an interview with Jonathan Ross when he opened up about his split with Scherzinger and said that he's making the most out of his single status. He even debunked rumours about dating Riri by saying that they are just very good friends.
"It's different, I've been in two relationships in my life, I was 18 to 22 and 23 to 30 and so I missed the single life that all my friends had and now I've just been throwing myself at work. I'm enjoying being single, it's really good fun, it's a fun period of time in my life," Lewis said.
Though both Lewis and Nicole seem to have moved on with their respective personal lives, and since there are no harsh feelings out here, will he reunite with his ex-girlfriend to celebrate his birthday?
Fans think it only makes sense that Leiws Hamilton and Nicole Scherzinger reunite over a dinner to celebrate the racer's birthday.
