Kim Kardashian's marriage to musician Kanye West is supposedly on the rocks, and according to a new report, the reality show star feels trapped in the relationship.

Radar Online reported March 8 that West recently informed his wife that he will never grant her a divorce, no matter how ugly and tense their relationship becomes.

"Kim's trapped in this marriage and it's dawning on her that he'll never let her go, no matter how bad things get between them," a family insider told the media outlet. "She's desperately miserable," continued the insider. "Kanye's lost the plot and he's out of control with his anger right now. All communications have broken down and while he's trying to repair his image online, he's not doing anything to make it up to her."

Apparently, Kardashian has lost all patience with West and she isn't too happy about his long Twitter tirades.

"He's humiliated her and her family," said the insider, adding that Kardashian is in a tight spot as "she's never had to divorce someone as crazy or powerful as Kanye before."

In the past few weeks, there has been an increase in the number of reports alleging tension between West and Kardashian and a Radar source even noted that the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star was feeling "smothered" by West, with whom she has two children – North and Saint.

As for how Kardashian's family is reacting to West's tantrums, another source told the publication that "momager" Kris Jenner has been loving all the media attention on West.

"Kris doesn't believe in the concept of bad publicity — especially when all Kanye's crazy behaviour draws sympathy for poor Kim and the rest of the family," the insider told Radar. "She's always had this attitude that the girls come first and if these guys," which includes Kourtney Kardashian's former partner Scott Disick , "can't keep up then it's on them."
