Karbonn Unveils Budget Android Smartphone Titanium Dazzle in India: Price, Specifications

Indian smartphone manufacturer Karbonn has added a new budget smartphone in their Android phone portfolio. Concentrating on the inexpensive mobile phone segment, the Karbonn Titanium Dazzle is expected to take on the sub-Rs. 6,000 smartphones.

Featuring a 5-inch FWVVGA display with 480x854 pixels of resolution, Karbonn Titanium Dazzle runs on the Android Kitkat 4.4 operating system. Powered by a Quad Core 1.2GHz processor, the phone packs 1GB worth RAM and 8GB of in-built memory. For memory expandability, the smartphone further features a micro SD card slot for appending up to 32GB of extra memory.

On the camera front, Karbonn Titanium dazzle is equipped with 5MP auto-focus rear camera with LED Flash and a 2MP front camera for VoIP calls and selfies.

Powered by a 1850 mAh battery, the dual SIM smartphone comes with all the required connectivity options like WiFi, HotSpot and Bluetooth 4.0.

Karbonn Titanium Dazzle is also equipped with gesture-enabled features including "swipe" which allows users to shuffle to the next song by simply swiping their hand across the screen and "smart eye" which tracks eye movement and automatically pauses the video when the user looks away from the screen. The device also comes loaded with an array of pre-embedded popular music, gaming and utility apps and offers 21 language support for an enriched user experience.

The phone comes in a dual tone body and dimpled back design for a firm grip. Karbonn Titanium Dazzle is available in two colour variants- White Golden and Black at a price of Rs. 5,490. At this price point, Titanium Dazzle will compete with popular budget smartphones like Moto E 1st Generation which retails for Rs. 5,999 and features a 4.3-inch display and powered by a 1700 mAh battery.
