The audio launch of Jr NTR's "Rabhasa" is all set to take place on 1 August.

Earlier, it was announced that the audio launch will happen on 20 July but the Hyderabad police had reportedly denied permission and the makers had to shift the event to 27 July. Now, the music release function has been delayed once again due to unavailability of Shilpakala Vedika where the launch event was planned to be held.

Now, the makers have announced that the "Rabhasa" audio release will happen on 1 August.

The film's music is composed by Thaman and expectations of the sound tracks are huge as the music composer has given several hit songs from Jr NTR's past releases, including "Ramayya Vastavayya", "Baadshah" and "Brindavanam."

Some special programmes are being planned for the audio launch of "Rabhasa," reported the Times of India. The film's first look posters and the teaser have received positive response from the fans. It remains to be seen as to whether Thaman will impress the fans with the film's tracks. The trailer of "Rabhasa" is also expected to be released along with the audio, but there is no official confirmation regarding this.

Interestingly, Jr NTR has rendered a song titled "Rakhasi Rakhasi" in the film. This is not the first time that the actor has crooned a song in his films. In the past, he has sung tracks like "Chary" from "Adhurs," "Olammi Tikkareginda" from "Yamadonga" and "123 Nenoka Kantri" from "Kantri."

"Rabhasa" shooting is progressing well and recently a song featuring the lead pair was shot in Switzerland. The film's shooting is all set to be wrapped up soon after which the post-production work will commence.

Directed by Santosh Srinivas, "Rabhasa" is being billed as a family entertainer with lots of action. The film has Samantha Ruth Prabhu as the female lead, while Pranitha Subash of "Attarintiki Daredi" fame features in an important role. For Samantha, this is her third film with Jr NTR after "Brindavanam" and "Ramayya Vastavayya." On the other hand, Pranitha has teamed up with the young tiger of Telugu cinema for the first time.

Brahmanandam, Nassar and Jayasudha are also part of the film's cast. Brahmanandam's comedy is said to be one of the major highlights of "Rabhasa."

Produced by Bellamkonda Suresh, "Rabhasa" is expected to hit the screens in August. Certain reports claim that the film will be released on 14 August for the Independence Day weekend and some others are claiming that the Jr NTR starrer is planned for 21 August release.

The makers are yet to officially confirm the exact release date of the film.
