"Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8", also called "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Reloaded", will see judge Karan Johar, quitting the show soon. Johar has been entertaining viewers along with judge Shahid Kapoor on the reality show.

He will be replaced by filmmaker Farah Khan, who had judged the first season of the show, reported 9XE.com.

The buzz is that KJo, who has been associated with the dance reality show for the last few seasons, has decided to quit the show as the producer-filmmaker wants to focus on his next directorial project "Ae Dil Hai Muskil".

"Ae Dil Hai Muskil" marks KJo's return to direction after the 2012 release "Student Of The Year" and has Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma in lead roles.

Recently, there were news that Shahid too will be missing from the upcoming weekend episodes of "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8" owing to prior commitments and hence the makers have roped in Salman Khan to judge two episodes of the dance reality show.

Further, there were reports that "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8" contestant and cricketer Irfan Pathan, who has been impressive with his dance moves, has quit the show. Reportedly, the cricketer has a match to play for which he had to cut short his journey on the show.
