Actress Shruti Haasan will be performing a special song in Mahesh Babu's upcoming film "Aagadu."
Few days ago, Thaman had tweeted that a sensational item song will be included in "Aagadu." "#Sensational news about #Aagadu #itemsong coming uP :) in couple of days :) the whole team is so excited about it :) #superstar#supermass," he said.
Now, the composer himself has confirmed that Shruti Haasan will be doing the special song in the film.

Shruti's dance moves in "Yevadu" and "Race Gurram" had won her accolades from fans. After matching steps with Ram Charan and Allu Arjun, Shruti is likely to be seen dancing with Mahesh Babu though it is not confirmed whether the superstar will also be part of the song.
"Aagadu" will be Thaman's 50th film and the composer is reportedly working very hard to give the best tunes for the project. The music director has already received fantastic response for his background score in the first look teaser of "Aagadu," which was released on 31 May. The teaser has received overwhelming response from fans by fetching more than 12 lakh hits in a few days.
Mahesh Babu will be seen in the role of a police officer, while Tammanaah will be the female lead. The action comedy entertainer is directed by Sreen Vaitla and produced by 14 Reels Entertainment. It is expected to hit the screens in September.
Post the completion of "Aagadu," Mahesh Babu will commence his next project with director Koratala Siva of "Mirchi" fame. Apparently, Shruti Haasan will romance the superstar in this film. However, details about the film's female lead, other cast and crew details are yet to be officially announced by Siva.
Shruti is on a roll following the success of her recently-released films "Yevadu" and "Race Gurram." She has starred with some of the top stars of Telugu cinema including Pawan Kalyan, Ram Charan, Allu Arjun, Jr NTR and Ravi Teja. It will be a real treat for fans to see her sharing screen space with the charming superstar Mahesh Babu.
