The website of Indian Space Research Organisation's marketing arm Antrix was hacked, according to some media reports on Sunday.
The public relations office (PRO) of Isro, however, confirmed "some problem with the homepage" of the website, ANI reported.
"ISRO PRO confirms that there is some problem with the homepage of the Antrix website which is ISRO's commercial arm," ANI tweeted.
The webiste — antrix.gov.in — opened as a page named "cheap mlb jerseys" from China. While the sub-pages on the website were working fine, the Home section led to a baseball jersey online shopping page and the Contact sub-page on the site showed service error.
However, by late afternoon, the home page was showing this message: "We are sorry, the page is not found."
Antrix Corporation Limited plays a pivotal role in delivering space systems and services and technologies developed by Isro.
