Even as Shankar is busy with his forthcoming Tamil movie, the ace filmmaker is making time and working on his next movie. The director has big plans again as he is getting ready to make a multilingual Hindi movie.

Shankar has met writer Honey Irani last week and has asked her to pen a script. The director had asked her to work on the project six months ago and the news has been confirmed by herself. As per the buzz, they have locked in the script and finalised the actors.

Honey Irani has clarified that it is not a sequel to "Enthiran" but refuse to spill the beans on the project. She wants the director to make the formal announcement on the same.

There were reports that Shankar had approached Hrithik Roshan and Amitabh Bachchan. However, the "Krissh" actor has denied the reports and said that the offer has not come his way but he loves to work with the "Anniyan" creator.

Nonetheless, sources have confirmed that Shankar will not settle down with small actors and wants an A-list star to take his movie to the next level. The talks with a leading actor seem to have completed and the news of the project will be out soon.

In the recent times, there were many rumours on Shankar's movie. First it was said that Rajinikanth would star in the movie. Later, Ajith Kumar and Vijay's names too were doing rounds. Recently, it was said that Aamir Khan would star in the film.

Meanwhile, Shankar is also busy with the post-production works of his forthcoming movie "I". The film stars Vikram and Amy Jackson in the lead roles. The mega-budget movie is produced by Aascar Ravichandran. The movie was supposed to release by the end of November but now it looks the release has been pushed to December.
