Tollywood has already imported several Hollywood models such as Gabriela Bertante and Scarlet Wilson. The latest to join their band wagon is Christine Miller, who is making her debut in Telugu with "Rendu Rellu Naluge" ("RR4").
Christine Miller is New York-based and has featured in some Hollywood movies. Now, she is all excited to foray into the Telugu film industry through the movie "Rendu Rellu Naluge", which has been produced and directed by Dharma. Setting aside her other assignments in New York, the elated actress recently arrived in Hyderabad to join the promotional activities of her debut movie.
"Rendu Rellu Naluge" is a coming of age drama. Made entirely in the US, the movie features Harsha, Mohan, Sirisha, Christine, Ashwin, Deepak and Venkat in the lead roles.
Christine is playing the role of a substance abuser (Natasha), who is going through a moral dilemma.
"My character has a profound influence in my real life and it was very difficult to get out of Natasha's character," says the actress in a statement released to media. "The movie had several layers from comedy to sentiment to pathos."
Srikanth Devarajan has composed music for the film, while SPB, Usha, Hema Chandra and Revanth rendered the vocals.
Cinematographer Srikanth Bujamella has handled the camera work for the film, which is scheduled to release in 11 locations in the US and select theatres in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Bengaluru. It should be seen whether the film will impress the film-goers.
