"We are planning to launch the Xtreme200 Sport bike for those who like to race," Forbes India quoted Malo Le Masson, head–global product strategy at Hero MotoCorp as saying.

The Xtreme 200S is a naked sports bike showcasing Hero's knowhow in the premium bike making. The version at Auto Expo was built on a diamond frame chassis. It is characterised by a dual-tone body colour, contrast coloured seat, mud guards and alloy wheels. The model showcased was fitted with conventional fork and monoshock rear suspension, disc brakes at both ends and multi-spoke alloy wheels. The Xtreme 200S will feature split grab handles, chunky silencer, LED tail lamp and an analog-digital meter console.
