Here's what Nivin Pauly did to birthday boy Aju Varghese [PHOTO+VIDEO]

Malayalam actor Aju Varghese celebrates his birthday on Monday, 11 January, and on his special day, young superstar Nivin Pauly shared a special photo and video of his best friend on Facebook.

The photo and video show Aju sleeping on Nivin's shoulders. He didn't know that he was getting filmed by his friend and co-star. "Happy B'day machaaneee :D:D:D," Nivin posted while sharing the photo and wrote "Wake up !!! Wake up !!! Happy b day machaane..." while sharing the video. They went viral within hours and have been shared by many social media users.

Aju and Nivin, who began their acting career with Vineeth Sreenivasan's debut directorial venture "Malarvadi Arts Club", have also acted together in movies like "Sevenes", "Thattathin Marayathu", "Om Shanti Oshana" and "Oru Vadakkan Selfie", making themselves known as one of the luckiest pairs in Malayalam films.

They are currently working for the Vineeth directorial, "Jacobinte Swargarajyam", which narrates the relationship of youngsters with their family these days. While Nivin plays the lead role in the movie alongside Sreenath Bhasi, Aju turns an assistant director for the upcoming movie that will also mark the Malayalam debut (acting) of Tamil filmmaker Gautham Vasudev Menon. Meanwhile, Nivin is also awaiting the release of Abrid Shine's second movie "Action Hero Biju", in which he plays the role of Sub-Inspector Biju Paulose. The movie is expected to hit the theatres on 22 January.

Aju, born in Thiruvalla to Varghese and Celiene, is married to Augustina and the couple is blessed with two-year-old twins Evan and Juana.
