Cameron Diaz, "The Holiday" actress and Benji Madden, the "Good Charlotte" rocker are reportedly engaged!

Multiple source confirmed that Diaz and Madden are engaged and their friends are super excited for the couple.

"Everyone thinks it's wild but are so happy for them. Benji always tends to fall in love easily, but this time it's for real and he landed a great girl. They obviously both make each other incredibly happy and there's nothing better than that," a source told Us Weekly.

Diaz and Madden have been dating for just seven months and the couple seems to be very much in love. More recently, at the after-party of "Saturday Night Live" – which Diaz hosted – the couple was always together and looked completely smitten. Sources told E!Online that there was no overt PDA and the two looked like they were really into each other.

Wedding bells are expected to toll soon for the couple because Madden happens to be a traditional guy.

"She really doesn't care about getting married but wants babies. He wants to get engaged and married first," the source told Us Weekly.

Previously Diaz told Claire magazine that she wasn't looking to get married any soon, but the "Charlie's Angels" star's take could have changed.

In a recent interview with Cosmopolitan, Diaz said:

"Timing is everything. If you get into a relationship where you want something the guy doesn't want, it's never gonna work. No matter how old you are, finding the guy who's in the same place as you are and wants to show up is the only way a relationship works, period."

Diaz definitely seems to have found her man this time. The "Other Woman" actress previously dated Justin Timberlake and Alex Rodriguez. In the interview, she also opened up about her past relationships.

"Here's the thing. You make the same mistake over and over again until you learn your lesson. We girls sometimes do the thing where we pick the same person over and over again — they look and seem different, but deep down, they're the same. And that's on us," she said.
