The 150th episode of police procedural drama "Hawaii Five-0" will see a number of familiar faces returning, and one among them is Catherine Rollins, the character essayed by Michelle Borth.

The last we saw of Catherine was when she broke McGarrett's heart to go on a secret mission, just as he was about to pop the question. Since then, a lot has happened in McGarrett's life and he seems to have found love with Lynn Downey, the role played by Sarah Carter.

While it is immediately not known what brings Catherine back to the island, it doesn't seem like she will be rekindling her romance with McGarrett. Catherine will be present just for that one episode and on Thursday, actor Daniel Dae Kim posted online a picture of her along with her castmates. "#tbt to, um, yesterday. #H50," he captioned the Instagram image.

The other characters who will be returning for the 150th episode are Christine Lahti as Dori and Sung Kang Wo Fat's father. "We're doing a story involving [Doris McGarrett], trying to wrap the Mom/Wo Fat saga…. It's a big mythology episode," showrunner Peter M. Lenkov told TVLine of the 150the episode.

The Season 7 premiere will see Adam getting out of prison and he will finally be able to enjoy married life with Kono. Previewing what's in store for the couple, the showrunner said the couple could be making baby plans.

"I like to believe they're going to be thinking about starting a family and about just trying to move on from all the bad in their life," Lenkov tells TVGuide. "It brings them closer together, knowing that everything's fleeting, and I think they're looking at their relationship in a different way."

Season 7 of "Hawaii Five-0" will premiere CBS on Sept. 23. The premiere is titled "Makaukau 'oe e Pa'ani?" and it will see the team hunting down a murderer who has been targeting serial killers and marking their corpses with an ivory chess piece.
