Cersei Lannister is expected to try to burn King's Landing to the ground as revenge for her son Tommen's death.HBO

"Game of Thrones" Season 6 has come to an end but there's still a lot of mystery surrounding Cersei's fate and the sentence she will receive at her impending trial. In the Season 6 finale, episode 10 titled "Winds of Winter," the Queen Mother will be tried before the seven septons but will she accept it without resistance?

Many fans believe that Cersei might use wildfyre in Season 6 episode 10. In fact, this was foreshadowed previously in "Battle of the Bastards." Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) told Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) that her father, the Mad King, stored it under the sept. Furthermore, Cersei (Lena Headey) herself stated that she would burn cities to the ground before anything happens to her children.

However, her last surviving child, King Tommen (Dean-Charles Chapman), could lose his life If Cersei does use the dangerous, highly inflammable liquid. According to one reddit user, Truede, Tommen will die in Season 6 episode 10, by jumping from the Red Keep.

It's not yet clear if this happens as a result of Cersei's revenge on the man Tommen admires, but his death indicates that it's related to her decision to burn the city.

Tommen's end seems to have found resonance among many fans of "Game of Thrones," but his death won't be the first and certainly not the last on the Season 6 finale.

According to Truede's spoilers, Cersei will command the Mountain to kill several septons, and in one satisfying moment, he will kill Septa Ulenna, the woman who tortured Cersei and Margaery Tyrell (Natalie Dormer). Suffice it to say that most important characters in King's Landing will meet their end. The reddit user, who has been providing spoilers that are accurate, has also stated that Qyburn will kill Grand Maester Pycelle.

It feels as if King's Landing, the capital of the seven kingdoms, will have a changed landscape when Season 6 episode 10 ends. It would be interesting to see who takes over the crown after the King dies and half of the city is burned down. What do you think? Let us know in the comment section.

"Game of Thrones" Season 6 episode 10 airs at 9 p.m. EST on Sunday, June 26, on HBO.
