India's leading e-commerce firm Flipkart has come up with the Freedom Sale 2016 ahead of the country's 70th Independence Day on Aug. 15. A huge range of products like smartphones, electronic items, cameras, apparels and jewellery will be available on discount from Aug. 10 to 12.
Flipkart's Freedom Sale 2016 will start on the last day of rival company Amazon's Great Indian Sale. Another e-commerce firm Snapdeal has come up with "Wish For India Sale" offer, giving up to 70 percent discount on several products.
The Flipkart Freedom Sale 2016, which begins on Wednesday, will give attractive discounts on several products, and those who purchase using HDFC credit card can avail an additional discount of 10 percent. However, the minimum amount one has to spend to avail the benefit is Rs. 4,999, and the maximum discount amount per card is Rs. 1,500. Consumers can pay through instalment as there will be no cost on EMI option.
Devices that you can avail discount on during the Flipkart Freedom Sales 2016, include Reliance LYF smartphones, LeEco Super3 TV and Xiaomi Redmi 3S Prime. Consumers can avail "no cost EMI offer" on smartphones like LeEco Le 2, Le Max2 and Le 1s Eco.
However, it may be mentioned that the offer on Flipkart mobile app may be more attractive than on its official website.
