With the release date for Fallout 4 drawing nearer, Bethesda has been taking questions from fans regarding this popular franchise.

At the forefront of answering queries posted by fans is Pete Hines, the vice president and PR of Bethesda.

He revealed to one fan that unlike Fallout 3 video game, the players will be unable to utilise two companions at the same time. The two companions include humanoid and dogmeat. But Hines reiterated that there will be only one companion in the game. He went on to explain why Bethesda did not include multiple companions in Fallout 4. He said that the company is not bound by any rule or tradition where it must "keep things the way they were" in, with regards to the previous games.

He noted this was how the development team wanted.

Following the confirmation that PS4 version of the game will be running a "solid 30FPS", the fans also asked him if it is the same in Xbox One, he replied to that in the affirmative.

He also confirmed that both PS4 and Xbox One will be getting the mods. He further said that Fallout 4 is not meant so support multiplayer feature
