The makers of the John Abraham and Varun Dhawan-starrer "Dishoom" have recently released a poster of the film. The plot of the movie has been apparently revealed and it states that Saqib Saleem's character is inspired by Indian cricketer Virat Kohli.

According to a Mumbai Mirror report, Saqib's character will be of a cricketer like Virat who will be an ace player and will make his team win. The report suggests that the character will be kidnapped in the flick and John-Varun, who are said to be playing cops, will rescue the person.

However, the makers have not confirmed about the Virat's angle in the film. But, if this turns out to be the real plot of the story, then Virat's fans would also like to watch the flick, apart from well wishers of Varun, John and Saqib.

Meanwhile, the poster of "Dishoom" has garnered appreciation from all quarters. John and Varun's tough look has won hearts. In the poster, the actors were seen walking down a street with a dog. While John looked extremely dashing with a lighted cigarette in his mouth, Varun also carried a lot of attitude in a more formal avatar.

Directed by Rohit Dhawan and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, "Dishoom" also features Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis Fakhri and Saqib. The film is reportedly the remake of a Malayalam film titled "Mumbai Police" and it is rumoured to have some never-seen-before action stunts.

Scheduled to be released on July 29, the trailer of the action drama is set to go online on June 1. Like "Housefull 3," the makers of "Dishoom" have also planned a grand trailer launch as it will be shown across 550 screens of a chain of multiplex in different cities simultaneously.
