The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced the class 12 board or intermediate exam results on Monday, 25 May, afternoon and the pass percentage across India has been recorded at 82%.

The girls have once again outshone boys with high margin. While pass percentage of girls has been recorded at 87.57%, boys' was just 77.77%.

The students who appeared for class 12 board exams 2015 will be able to check their marks on the official website of CBSE at around 12:45 pm on 25 May. The results can be accessed through cbse.nic.in or cbseresults.nic.in.

Students can check their class 12 results by entering their board roll number and date of birth in the slots provided on the CBSE website.

The results will also be published on Jagranjosh website, which also provides students an option to register their roll number, mobile number and other relevant details to get updates on the results through SMS and email.

The CBSE had conducted class 12 exams between 2 March and 20 April, for which a total of 10,40,368 students had registered.

The class 12 results were earlier scheduled to be released on either 27 or 28 May. However, it is now being declared earlier. Now, class 10 results will be declared on 27 May.

The CBSE finalised the dates for announcement of board results after the students were left in confusion in the last few days.
