Ram Charan's "Yevadu" has reportedly earned ₹17.38 crore share in three days at the Andhra Pradesh box office.

"Yevadu", which opened to a fantastic start on the first day raking in ₹8.65 crore share, dropped on the second day. The film reportedly earned around ₹4 crore on day 2, but picked up again on the third day (14 January). The Ram Charan starrer minted over ₹4.5 crore share on Tuesday, bringing the three-day total to over ₹17 crore. Despite having a delayed release, "Yevadu" has done well at the box office.

The action-packed entertainer has performed better than Mahesh Babu's "1 Nenokkadine", which earned ₹12.40 crore in its opening weekend, according to AndhraBoxOffice. The Ram Charan starrer has also surpassed Jr NTR's "Ramayya Vastavayya" opening weekend collections which stood at ₹14.77 crore (AP Share).

The film is expected to continue its successful run at the box office as there are no big Telugu releases until the end of January when Nithiin's "Heart Attack" and Manchu family's "Paandavulu Paandavulu Thummeda" are likely to be released.

"Yevadu" has also fared well in the overseas markets during its first weekend. According to film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh, "Yevadu" raked in $237,170 (₹1.46 crore gross) from 70 screens in its opening weekend, which includes only Saturday (11 January) and Sunday (12 January). Directed by Vamsi Paidipally, "Yevadu" has Ram Charan, Shruti Haasan, Amy Jackson, Rahul Dev, Jayasudha, Sai Kumar and Brahmanandam in pivotal roles. Allu Arjun and Kajal Aggarwal make cameo appearances.

Although the film is termed as typical revenge drama, the way director Vamsi has handled it has won accolades from critics and the audience alike. Ram Charan, Allu Arjun and Kajal's performances have also come in for real appreciation.

Recently, "Yevadu" team held a success meet to celebrate their accomplishment. Speaking at the event, producer Dil Raju stated that the film is the biggest hit produced under his banner Sri Venkateswara Creations.
