Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's "Jazbaa" had an average box office run, but the film has managed to earn the production cost.

"Jazbaa" box office collection has declined in its second week after the release of "Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2". The second weekend box office collection of "Jazbaa" is less than Rs 3 crore.

"#Jazbaa [Week 2] Fri 57 lacs, Sat 71 lacs, Sun 89 lacs. Total: ₹ 23.75 cr. India biz," trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted.

The 10-day domestic box office collection of "Jazbaa" stands at Rs 23.75 crore and after adding the satellite and music rights, overseas box office collection and digital, in-film and syndication, the film has earned more than its production cost Rs 33 crore, according to Koimoi.com.

"We are pretty happy to be in a profitable position in Week One itself. This isn't the end of it all though as there are many more markets and rights to be explored. You would be hearing a lot around the reach and penetration of Jazbaa in other markets. Weeks to come are quite exciting for us. It is a win-win situation for all partners," the trade website quoted Girish Johar of Zee as saying.

Meghna Gulzar's "Talvar", on the hand, had a better third weekend compared to Aishwarya's "Jazbaa" second weekend.

"Talvar" earned Rs 2.25 crore in its third weekend, whereas Aishwarya's film earned Rs 2.17 crore in its second weekend run.

The 17-day box office collection of "Talvar" now stands at Rs 28.20 crore.

While "Talvar" is doing wonders at the box office, Akshay Kumar's "Singh Is Bliing" (Singh Is Bling), which was released with the former, earnings have declined drastically.

"Singh Is Bliing" (Singh Is Bling) third weekend box office collection is in the same range as "Jazbaa". The comedy entertainer will not cross Rs 100 crore mark in India and the collection is expected to end with Rs 91 crore lifetime total.
