Bangalore will see its first comedy festival ever in The Collection - UB City in the second weekend of October. This unique event, which will bring over 50 artists from across India under one roof, will be held across 3 stages on Saturday, 10 October and Sunday, 11 October.
From Abhish Mathew to Radhika Vaz, the who's who of comedy will be performing at the event organised by Comedy Wagon, a brand new Bangalore-based event company dabbling with all things funny. In its short life of just over six months, Comedy Wagon has already produced 18 stand-up shows, introducing the comedy-loving Bangalore crowd to many comedians.

"This Bangalore's first-ever Comedy Festival and we are hoping to create an amazing experience for the audience over the two-day event. What started out as a mere dream is now finally taking shape. Our vision is to put Bangalore on the national map for stand-up comedy and reach out to more and more people with each event," says Sumendra Singh, the founder and director of Comedy Wagon.
Catch comedians like Daniel Fernandes, Abish Mathew, Aditi Mittal, Biswa Kalyan Rath from Mumbai; Sundeep Rao, Praveen Kumar, Sanjay Manaktala, Kenny Sebastian, The Improv, Sketch in the City from Bengaluru; Radhika Vaz, Amit Tandon, Maheep Singh, Jeeveshu Ahluvalia from Delhi and Karthik Kumar from Chennai at the Bengaluru Comedy Festival over the course of the weekend.
