A new video where Bajaj's highly anticipated Pulsar 200SS is seen in action has emerged online, indicating that the arrival of this motorcycle is not far off.

The 31-second video, which is believed to have been filmed in Colombia, was posted online by a Facebook user named Pulsar 400 CS Y SS and first spotted by Motoroids. In the video, the Pulsar 200SS is seen in dual tone paint job and looks very stylish.

Much has been said about the upcoming fully faired motorcycle from Pune-based manufacturer, but the launch date of the Pulsar 200SS is yet to be announced. However, rumour has it that the brand is waiting for the new year and will announce the date soon.

Bajaj 200SS, the fully-faired version of 200NS, is likely to be powered by the same engine as its sibling with a minor tweak to deliver better performance.

The current engine of 200NS has the capacity to churn out 23.52PS of power @9,500rpm and 18.3Nm of torque @8,000rpm. A recent spy shot of Bajaj Pulsar 200SS has shown ABS ring of the bike, hinting that the bike maker could also offer ABS as an option for this upcoming motorcycle. Apart from this, two wheeler enthusiasts in the country already know the styling and performance of the bike, as there have been plenty of spy images of the Pulsar 200SS.

There have also been rumours that Pulsar 200SS could get fuel- injection, but it is not sure whether the models with fuel-injection and ABS will come to Indian market.

Once the Pulsar 200SS comes to the domestic market, the bike will be pinned to rival Hero Karizma R, Yamaha YZF-R15 and KTM RC200. The motorcycle is expected to carry a price tag of around ₹1.2 lakh. If rumours are anythin to go by, the Pulsar 200SS with ABS price could go up by ₹20,000-₹30,000.
