Indian UV maker Mahindra launched its much-awaited compact SUV TUV300 in India on 10 September. The company also roped in "Baahubali" hero Prabhas as the brand ambassador of the SUV for a whopping price.

Now, the first commercial of the vehicle featuring Prabhas has been released and it has gone viral within hours after it was uploaded by the company on YouTube on Tuesday, 19 September. The ad has been viewed by more than one lakh users within a day of its release.

The one-minute-long advertisement has some breathtaking stunt scenes by the actor highlighting the rough and tough features of TUV300.

The action packed ad shows Prabhas trying to rescue an abducted kid in a village in Rajasthan in a TUV300. The car is seen breaking a wooden gate and is followed by a chase sequence, where it tries to bring down a biker and is even seen driving through fire.

However, only towards the end, the viewers will realise that the whole stunt scene was part of an ad shooting and the actor, who is enthralled by the performance of the SUV asks the ad director to shoot the scene once again.

"TOUGH IS WHAT TOUGH DOES !Here's the TV Ad of the new Mahindra #TUV300 starring Prabhas. Baahubali in our Baahubali!" Anand Mahindra, Chairman and Managing Director of the carmaker, shared the video on his Twitter page.

It has to be noted that this is Prabhas first big endorsement since he began his acting career in 2002.
