Lyricist Madhan Karky, who made a big name for himself with SS Rajamouli's "Baahubali," has been roped in to pen lyrics for superstar Mahesh Babu's intro song for AR Muragadoss' untitled movie.

Madhan Karky is excited to be part of Mahesh Babu and AR Muragadoss' first combo film. He has confirmed that he has already completed writing the lyrics for the introductory song featuring the character played by Mahesh Babu. Harris Jayaraj is composing the music for the soundtrack.

The elated lyricist took to his Twitter account to share his excitement with his followers. Madhan Karky wrote: "Happy to be part of director @ARMurugadoss's new project with @urstrulyMahesh. Worked on a stylish hero intro number with @Jharrisjayaraj."

Madhan Karky is the son of poet and lyricist Vairamuthu. He completed bachelor's degree in computer engineering at the College of Engineering, Guindy, in 2001. He did post-graduate studies and PhD in information technology at University of Queensland, Brisbane in Australia, in 2004. He made his debut as a lyricist with the song "Ododi Poren" for "Kanden Kadhalai in 2009.

In 2010, Madhan Karky penned the song "Irumbile Oru Irudhaiyam" for Rajinikanth's sci-fi film "Enthiran." He also turned a dialogue writer with this movie, which gave him a much-needed break. Then onwards, there is no look back for this talented writer, who has penned hundreds of lyrics and dialogues for over 10 movies. He has won over 15 Vijay, Edison, Vikatan, BIG and Mirchi awards for his works.

Madhan Karky created a new language called Kiliki for Kalakeya tribes in the movie "Baahubali," which won him huge applause. His addition to the technical team of Muragadoss' upcoming project has increased the hype and expectations about the project. Fans of Mahesh Babu cannot wait to see his introductory song.
