Bollywood's hot favourite Salman Khan is back as Chulbul Pandey in the sequel of his 2010 blockbuster action film "Dabangg".

The first poster of "Dabangg 2" showed Salman wearing a pair of broken sunshades with his back facing. It also featured a line that read, "Here comes Chulbul Pandey."

In the second poster posted by Salman on his official Facebook page, the actor is seeing wearing his famous sunshades and holding his gun.  

Indian Channel UTV Stars on its official Twitter and Facebook pages displayed the poster of "Dabaang" with the caption: "Chulbul Pandey is back in Dabangg 2! The movie is slated for release on 21 December 2012."

The teaser and trailer of the film will be released Friday on television show Big Boss season 6. Salman's brother Arbaaz Khan will be the guest of the show. The theatrical trailer of the movie will be launched along with the Ajay Devgn-starrer "Son Of Sardaar", which is scheduled to release this Diwali on Nov 13.

While the first part of the movie was directed by Abhinav Kashyap, "Dabangg 2" is directed by Arbaaz Khan. The main leads, Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha, were cast to play their respective roles in the sequel.

The movie also stars Vinod Khanna, Prakash Raj, Deepak Dobriyal, Sandeepa Dhar and Nikitan Dheer in supporting roles. Actress Kareena Kapoor will make a special appearance in the song "Fevicol".

The movie is slated to release on Dec 21 during Christmas.
