RBI's Reference Rate for Dollar Today

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Tuesday fixed the reference rate for the US dollar at 50.5645 rupees and the euro 67.4854 rupees.

The corresponding rates of dollar and euro for the previous day (March 30, 2012) were 51.1565 rupees and 68.3403 rupees respectively.

Based on the reference rate for the US dollar and middle rates of the cross-currency quotes, the exchange rates of British pound as against the rupee is 81.0498 as against 81.7992 on the previous day (March 30, 2012) and that of Japanese yen is 61.63 as against 62.43 the previous day.
