"Ae Dil Hai Mushkil" teaser delivers more than promised. It showcases one-sided love, deep friendship and heartbreak in the most intense way possible.

Describing his own work, Karan told Hindustan Times that "ADHM" is based on "inter-relationships between people" adding that although Ranbir, Anushka and Aishwarya's relationships are the focus, Fawad has a strong role to play, which is crucial to the narrative of the story.

"I am very happy that we got him on board. Of course, Ranbir, Aishwarya and Anushka have played their parts beautifully, but it was critical to get the right person for the role Fawad has played. When people will watch the film, they will realise that we needed his kind of personality for the part. His part is important in terms of the narrative of the film," he further elaborated.
