Korean car maker Hyundai has been seen testing its upcoming i20 in the country time and again. Now the car has hit the web once again through a fresh batch of spy pics, indicating the arrival of the car in India soon.

Although the new images posted by Team BHP show the car heavy camouflaged, they reveal that the vehicle will feature a large headlamp. Codenamed "IB", 2015 i20 India bound version is speculated to come with 1.4-liter diesel and 1.2-liter Kappa2 engine mated to either a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed manual transmission. While the petrol engine is expected to churn out 83bhp of power and 113Nm of peak torque, the diesel engine is to give 89bhp of power and 219Nm of torque.

The car is expected to accommodate changes in its headlight, tail light and bumper. Although the company is yet announce the launch details of the vehicle in the country, if latest rumours are to be believed, the new avatar of Hyundai i20 will make its debut in the country in the next four months.

Hyundai i20, which is believed to be one of the 22 cars that the company plans to launch under the 'Product Momentum 2017′ badge in the next three years, is also likely to offer safety features like ABS and airbags. Other features expected include alloy wheels, climate control, keyless entry, steering mounted audio controls, reverse camera, parking sensors and automatic day/night interior mirror. The car will be pitted against Maruti Suzuki Swift, Fiat Punto, Tata Bolt, Toyota Etios Liva and Ford Figo.

The car maker is also expected to launch the globally acclaimed i30 premium hatchback In India during the festive season this year. Globally, the Hyundai i30 comes in three versions - three-door, five-door and an Estate and is offered with four engine options -1.6-litre MPi, 1.6-litre GDi, 1.8-litre MPi and a 1.6-litre VGT. The details of India specific version of i30 are yet to be known, however previous reports suggested and could fall in the sub 10 lakh price brackets.

Recently, the company launched its 1.0 litre Eon in India with a price tag of ₹3,83,130 (ex-showroom, New Delhi).The car is  powered by the advanced 1.0 litre three-cylinder engine which can  churn out a power of 69PS@6,200 rpm and peak torque at 9.6 kgm at 3500 rpm.
