Yahoo has announced that Flickr users can now access their account on iPad via an exclusive Flickr app. Flickr is very popular among photography lovers and photographers and Yahoo believes that users will appreciate this initiative.
The latest app will allow users to access, organise and share photos directly through iPad.
Designed exclusively for iOS 8, this app features an easy-to-use user interface, similar to the one on the desktop version.
Flickr still offers 1TB of cloud storage per user to backup photos, so archiving photographs shouldn't be a problem for the users.
Apart from archiving and sharing photographs, this app also enables users to capture still images, videos with iPad live filters and also access the editing tools. Besides this, it will also allow powerful editing features of Flickr straight from the iPad.
Available in English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Indonesian, Korean, Chinese, and Vietnamese, this app needs devices with iOS 8 version for using all the features. And if you already have Flickr on your iOS devices, it demands just an update.
