The newly launched Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 is reportedly selling like hot cakes in China, where a record breaking 800,000 units were sold in the 12-hour sale. But, it is still not known as to when the device will enter India.

Xiaomi entered India with a bang through its Redmi 1s and followed up with a series of devices, but the scenario is different now with many budget devices, including Meizu M2 Note and Lenovo K3 Note available in the market.
