Xiaomi finally put an end to the rumours about its new wearable by officially launching the Mi Band 1S (Mi Band Pulse) in China on Monday alongside a 20,000mAh Mi Power Bank. Both accessories succeed the current products available in Xiaomi's lineup. The Mi Band 1S is the company's second generation fitness tracker after the widely-popular Mi Band and the 20,000 Mi Power Bank adds to the existing range of 5200mAh, 10400mAh and 16000mAh power banks.

Both new launches are exclusive to China and Xiaomi did not reveal their international availability. If the history is any indication, these products will be available in other countries sooner than later.

Xiaomi Mi Band 1S is an upgraded version of the original Mi Band with heart rate sensor. It looks no different than the first-gen model, except its measures slightly larger (37x13.6x9.9mm) and also weighs a tad more. The Mi Band 1S is IP67 certified to withstand dust and water exposure and comes with improved silicone strap and aluminium alloy-made tracker module, ADI sensor and Bluetooth.

Xiaomi borrowed the same 45mAh battery from the original Mi Band and claims to deliver up to 20 days of life on a single charge.

The 20,000mAh Mi Power Bank is also worth the mention. Designed by Texas Instruments, the new power bank comes with nine layers of circuit protection and has aluminium body. The new Mi Power Bank also features a power button on the side, battery LED indicatory, micro USB charging slot and two USB slots for output for dual-charging.

As for the pricing, the Mi Band 1S costs CNY 99 (roughly Rs. 1,030, or $16) in China and sales begin Wednesday, 11 November on the company's official website. The 20,000mAh Mi Power Bank will sell in China for CNY 149 (approximately Rs. 1554 / $23.5).
