The audio and trailer of much-awaited "Gopala Gopala" were released in a grand event held in Shilpakala Vedhika, Hyderabad on Sunday evening. (Watch trailer below)

The event was attended by "Gopala Gopala" cast and crew including Pawan Kalyan, Venkatesh, director Kishore Kumar Pardasany, music composer Anup Rubens and producers Suresh Babu and Sharrath Marar.

"Attarintiki Daaredi" director Trivikram Srinivas and producer/distributor Dil Raju were also present to grace the occasion. A huge number of Pawan and Venkatesh fans attended the event to get a glimpse of their favourite star. Fans can see the full audio launch event on iDream Filmnagar YouTube channel.

During the event, four songs from the "Gopala Gopala" album were released. The tracks have been rendered by some of the popular singers including Kailash Kher, Sonu Nigam and Haricharan. Fans can listen to the songs on Lahari Music YouTube channel.

The trailer of "Gopala Gopala" was also released during the audio launch function. The trailer gives us a glimpse of what to expect from the film. Venkatesh, Pawan Kalyan, Mithun Chakraborty and Shriya Saran make appearances in the 53-second trailer. 

The first looks and the motion poster of "Gopala Gopala" have already received thumping response from the fans. The songs and the trailer, with an interesting background score, are also likely to impress the audience.

Pawan will reportedly be seen in a 20-minute role in the film. He will be seen playing the role of Lord Krishna in the satirical drama, while Venkatesh will be appearing as a shop owner who files a case against God.

"Gopala Gopala" is a remake of Hindi film "Oh My God," which was critically-acclaimed and commercially successful. The Pawan-Venky starrer is likely to hit the screens on 9 January as a Sankranti treat for the fans. The film is expected to take big openings upon its release and it will be interesting to see if the satirical drama manages to surpass "Attarintiki Daaredi" opening day collections.
