Season 2 Episode 11 of "Noragami Aragoto" has focused on redemption of Bishamon (Miyuki Sawashiro), and the apparent change in her attitude towards Yato (Hiroshi Kamiya). We saw her diving head first into the underworld and doing everything she can to save a fellow-god.
Bishamon realises that Yato has saved her life on more than one occasion and now it is her turn to return the favour. The fans will see this as a direct parallel to what happened earlier this season, when Kazuma (Jun Fukuyama) begged Yato to save Bishamon. Now, the tables have turned with Yukine (YÅ«ki Kaji) seeking the help of the war god in saving his god.
The episode also saw Hiyori (Maaya Uchida) getting attacked by Kugaha (Takanori Hoshino) aka Bishamon's Nora, when she is walking through the forest with Yukine. Although his appearance was warranted ahead of the season finale seeing as he is connected to Ebisu (RyÅtarÅ Okiayu), it seemed like he appeared out of nowhere at the forest; and got manhandled.
Manga fans know that the series is following a pattern slightly different from the books, and a substantial dialogue between Yato and his Nora Hiiro (Rie Kugimiya) was noticeably missing from the series. It would have revealed information about Father and Yato as well.
Moreover, an important death and Kugaha's reason of arrival at the forest has also not made it to the episode. The delay in the said death would mess up the timeline of the series, and if they miss out on the death all together, it would mean the end of "Noragami Aragoto".
From the looks of it, the series may end before a Season 3, but unlike the previous seasons, the current may have more than 12 episodes, and the upcoming "Your Voice Calls Out" will not be a finale, and Episode 13 might make it to Season 2.
