Enid's re-entry in season 6 episode 7 of "The Walking Dead" has once again reignited rumours that she could be one of the Wolves. And according to actress Katelyn Nacon, fans should hold on to that theory for a bit longer.

Talking to The Huffington Post about her role in "Heads Up", the episode that finally revealed Glenn's fate, Nacon said that there's still a lot of evidence pointing to Enid's involvement with the Wolves.

"I mean, there's obvious-- well, there have been, like, hints here and there that the theories are true, so it could go either way," she said, pointing out that the one line in episode 2 where talks about Alexandria being a huge place to protect could hold some clue.

In episode 2 when the Wolves are attacking Alexandria, Enid tells Carl: "This place is too big to protect. There are too many blind spots. That's how we were able to ..." However, Carl cuts her off before she could finish the sentence.

"I don't really know what I was supposed to say, exactly, in that line," Nacon said. "See, I was hoping -- I don't know, I think it might've been like, 'That's how we were able to get taken over,' like, bringing that Alexandria level, but she could've easily been talking about, 'That's how we were able to take over this place.' I don't know. It could easily go both ways, which just makes it even more confusing."

"The Walking Dead" is aired Sundays on AMC. The midseason finale is entitled "Start to Finish" and it will see Alexandrians facing more trouble from outside forces. The episode will be aired on 29 November.

The official synopsis for the episode reads:

After a few moments of peace, trouble finds its way to Alexandria again with a threat that may be too big to defeat.
