The teaser of Ajith's Vivegam has been released on the midnight of Thursday, May 11. A video revolving around the actor, who is fondly known as Thala among his fans, has hit the internet with a bang.
It is a 57-second video that is loaded with action sequences. Ajith mouths powerful lines in the clip that instantly drives his legion of fans crazy. The sound of the gun bullets are heard through out the clip which clearly tells that it is a James Bond-kind of a movie.
Ajith is seen in never-before avatars and the video completely centered around him. The line "never ever give up" mouthed by Thala elevates the quality of the clip to the next level. However, the fans of Ajith were expecting to see their icon in much-hyped six-pack avatar. Unfortunately, the video does not give a glimpse to it.
On the other hand, the teaser was leaked before its official release on Youtube and it spread like wildfire on Whatsapp.
Meanwhile, Ajith's fans want the Vivegam teaser to break the records on YouTube. They want to ensure that the clip gets more views and likes than Baahubali 2 and Kabali. So far, the video has garnered over 22 lakh hits with over 2.2 lakh likes.
The film unit is yet to return to India from Europe. The filming of Vivegam was supposed to be completed by now, had things gone according to the makers' plans. The team took a break from the shooting to support Jallikattu, which reportedly delayed the schedule.
Vivegam is an international spy thriller, which reunites Siruthai Siva and Ajith, who were earlier part of Veeram and Vedalam. Kajal Aggarwal and Akshara Haasan play the female lead roles in the film, bankrolled by Sathyajyothi Films.
