"The Vampire Diaries" actress Nina Dobrev has been linked to a slew of male stars, since calling it quits from Ian Somerhalder. From Chris Wood to Liam Hemsworth to Benjamin (Ben) McKenzie, everyone has been romantically linked to the actress. Though it is not sure, whom the actress is dating, McKenzie did put the record straight by saying that he has never dated Dobrev.
"The one time I actually didn't hook up with someone... I'm really shy about that stuff. I really don't like relationships to be played out in public. It creates terrible strain. It creates bizarre dynamics. There's that saying, 'Less said about the bedroom, the better," the actor said to Elle about his rumoured hook-up with Dobrev.
McKenzie and Dobrev stirred up romance rumours, after he was spotted in a tight embrace with Dobrev at the Comic Con event. The two were also seen leaving together, in the same cab.
On previous occasions, McKenzie has also been linked to Emily Van Camp, Amanda Loncar and Shelly Henning.
In other news, the actor is currently playing James Gordon, a young detective new to Gotham City in the Batman prequel "Gotham." The show was premiered on Fox on 22 September 2014. He will also be seen in an upcoming comedy film, titled "How to Make Love Like an Englishman." The film also stars Pierce Brosnan, Jessica Alba and Salma Hayek.
