Most of the television actors, who have tasted success and are enjoying a lavish life, worked really hard during their initial days. Like every independent individual, their first job holds a special place in their heart as there are lots of memories and emotions attached to the first salary that they earned in their life.

Some of the television celebs including Varun Kapoor, Shireen Mirza and others have opened up about their first salary and what they did with the money. 

Varun Kapoor aka Sanskaar of "Swaragini" told Tellychakkar.com that he earned Rs.9000 for his debut television show.

Shireen Mirza, who plays the role of Simmi on "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" said that she received Rs.2500 for an episodic.

Abigail Pande said that she got her first cheque from Balaji Telefilms at the age of 15.

Divyanka of "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" fame had earlier told Tellychakkar.com that she earned her first salary for anchoring an event. She had earned Rs.250 and still has the cheque as a memory. "My first earned money of Rs 250 was for an anchoring event. I still haven't encashed it, and have kept the cheque as a memory," she had said. 

Vishal Singh: "I was in the 9th standard when I earned Rs 2,000. I gave the entire sum to my mother. I still remember that smile and pride in her eyes when I handed it to her."

Ravi Dubey: "I did an advertisement for which I earned Rs 20,000. I had decided I will spend the entire amount on my family, so I got lots of gifts for them."

Vivian Dsena: "I got my first salary cheque from a fashion show. The amount was Rs 3,400 and I gave it to my mom."
